Return Policy

We want you to love your bandannas. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Returns

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, email sales@thebandannastore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions

Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at sales@thebandannastore.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
